Setting Up Your Email

We would recommended you create a support email address for your store. This will allow you to keep your personal email separate from your store email. You can create a free email address with Gmail or create an alias of your work email.

We would suggest creating an email in the following format care@{yourdomain.com} or support@{yourdomain.com}.

This email you can then use as your customer service email and in various verbiage across your storefront. You can also use it as the "From" email in your notification center so that all emails sent to patients come from this email address.
